Myofunctional

Therapy

Available both in person and online, a myofunctional therapy program is a personalized series of exercises and professional guidance to help improve the way you breath, rest your tongue and lips,  and use the muscles of your face and mouth. By retraining these patterns, therapy supports your overall  health and well-being.

Mini Myo

Program

This program is a foundational approach designed for young children who exhibit dysfunctions but are not yet ready to fully participate in a comprehensive therapy plan. It builds awareness, healthy habits, and muscle coordination through playful, age-appropriate activities.

Habit

Elimination

The Habit Elimination Program helps children gently and effectively break oral habits like thumb sucking, pacifier use, or nail biting. Addressing underlying myofunctional disorders is often the key to correcting these issues. The therapy uses positive reinforcement and targeted strategies to support healthier oral development and long-term success.
